Team Leaders are well-trained laity and clergy who recruit and direct teams for mission. Successful completion of OK VIM Team Leader Training is required for persons to be entrusted with this responsibility. Team Leaders usually qualify for full scholarship on missions they lead.

We hope that you find this to be a helpful and easy to use resource. This is set up to help guide you through the logistical process of team leadership. We have broken the process down to five easy steps. These steps take you from registration to closing out the team file. As an office staff we are here to help you out in any way that we can. So just give us a call, e-mail, text, come by and visit! Whatever way is most convenient for you. We are here to help!

There are many policies and forms that are valuable resources for your team. We have place them here for your ease.

Here you will find resource materials for you as a team leader to use during team orientation and further team meetings. We have a suggested book list and movie list to read or watch as a team. You can purchase all of the books from the OKVIM office. Also, you will find a document that we call “Know Before You Go.” It is all of the information that team members should have from the team leader manual. This is something that you can print out and give to each of your team members.

AND you will also find an order form! If you wish to purchase books, VIM T-Shirts, or other VIM items fill out this order form and email it back to!
