Young People's Ministry

Connecting Young People To God, The Church, And The World

Mission of The Young People’s Ministry (YPM) is to “Motivate, Equip, & Resource” youth, young adults, youth & young adult leadership, and local churches.

Project Transformation

Our mission is to engage young adults in purposeful leadership and ministry, support children in holistic development, and connect churches with communities.

Shaped By God’s Mission

A special ‘Mission Team Leader Training’ focused on mission as an experience that informs our lives as Christians. Specifically for anyone who works with youth/young adults.

Two trainings will be held Fall 2018 at Canyon Camp (Hinton, OK) and Camp Egan(Tahlequah, OK)

Christ At The Checkpoint

“We are a community of evangelical Christians who believe that following Jesus with integrity means that our lives are formed by our love for God, the teaching of the Bible and a fearless life of discipleship in the complexities of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict…We wish to find Jesus at the center of everything we do and to make his life our life. Which means finding courageous love for Palestinian Arabs and Israeli Jews alike.”

Voyage Mobile Day Camps

Camp Ministry’s new Mobile Day Camp program is hiring college age young adults to serve as counselors throughout the summer!  If you’re looking for a rewarding summer job and also have a desire to work with children and meet new people, this program may be for you!

We’re looking for high-energy, adventurous young adults who are willing to work hard and take our camp program into churches and communities all over Oklahoma to show children the love of Jesus Christ and offer a camp experience that transforms lives.

This is a paid position and all meals, housing, and transportation are provided. There’s also a limited number of half-summer contracts available if you’re only able to work the month of June or the month of July.

You can apply online at or contact Neil Tate for more information at (405) 530-2018 or

Baltimore/DC Mission Trip: Spring Break (every other year beginning in Fall 2018.)

‘Though violence against minority communities are being highlighted at a higher rate due to the advent of social media, many are becoming aware of distant racism while being blind to the racism in their own lives, families, neighborhoods, and churches.  DiRECtion will be an avenue for the sharing of personal stories, gaining a more holistic historical understanding of racism in America, and an intersectional approach to conversations and transformations led by faith-based advocacy.’
